Due to the advisory nature of our services, refunds are not provided once services have been performed. If a client cancels prior to the commencement of services, a refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Fletcher Quill Estates Inc, less any administrative or incurred costs.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients may cancel services by providing written notice. For ongoing advisory agreements, cancellation terms will be governed by the applicable service agreement. No partial refunds will be issued for services already rendered.

NO GUARANTEE OF RETURNS

All investments carry risk. Fletcher Quill Estates Inc does not guarantee any specific return, performance level, or investment outcome.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
